“ Amazing Neapolitan pizza! Such a trendy and relaxed suburban location. We loved the decor and the service. There is a good choice of pizza and sides. All our pizzas tasted wonderful. Looking forward to visiting again. ”
“ 40 for a pizza that fed 3 children 2 decent slices each, slice of jerk chicken for mama (all delicious), truffle aoili dip is special! 4 drinks followed by 2 sundaes one miso caramel and a hot fudge - fed the 3 kids and me and we didn’t finish them. Great value, staff were lush, such a nice way to spend a Friday evening. And 100 times better food, experience and value than the take away we almost ended up with this rainy Friday evening. Now to walk it off with a drizzly walk along the Tyne. Thanks for a lush evening! ”
“ The Scream for Pizza van came to cater for our wedding in May, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. They were so thoughtful and friendly, and able to accommodate all the dietary requirements and wishes from guests. They provided enough delicious charcuterie as starters to feed a small army, all beautifully presented. The pizzas of course were phenomenal, and we were very impressed by how quickly they were able to serve close to 120 guests. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a non-traditional wedding food option! ”
“ Absolutely fantastic, delicious and gorgeous place to enjoy odd lush pizzas. Not only that we ordered something called Carbonara Gyozas and my brain could not cope with the crazy amazing taste of that mad concoction. Price for the night (after having starters , main and a few drinks ) was very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Loved them so much I requested work if we could hire them (which you can mobile van pizza ) looking forward to it and hopefully going there more often. Xd ”
“ Easily the best pizza in Newcastle. Food is always delicious, and staff are friendly and attentive. ”
“ Decent pizza, very decent indeed. The only criticism I have is that it’s not particularly child friendly! Difficult to explain as they have all the necessary amenities, though you want the chance to enjoy the pizza! Takes American Express, has baby changing and left the pram in the disabled toilet. Honestly, the pizza is very good. Would have the white base over the red. House white wine is good (ask for ice though). Specials pizza looked very good!! ”
“ We visited today to do a pizza master class. Couldn’t recommend more! We had a great morning and left having learnt how to make great Neapolitan pizzas at home. We practiced in the ovens at the restaurant and made some delicious pizzas to eat there and take away! We also left with lots of dough for pizza making at home ”
“ Surprised the place wasn’t more busy given how amazing the pizzas were! We got the Absolutely Crabulous Pizza, Mr Blue Spice Pizza, and Fried Buttermilk Chicken. Perfect flavours. The honey and nduja paired well with the blue cheese. There was just the right amount of char on the thin and crispy base/crust. For the crab pizza, the samphire/crab/garlic combo was divine (although I’m not sure I could taste the crab through all the strong flavours) and the crusts at the end tasted like garlic bread so we didn’t even miss out on not getting that separately! The sauce on the Fried Chicken was amazing and had that nice spicy sweet combo, but the chicken itself was a bit dry. Would have been better to use whole pieces (possibly bone in) rather than small nuggets. The tiramisu was really good, the alcohol wasn’t too strong and the portion was generous. Personally would have liked more coffee flavour though! ”
